Welcome to TheBinMap. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website thebinmap.com (the "Site"), operated by Quantum Shield Labs LLC, a Maryland limited liability company ("we," "us," or "our").

What TheBinMap is

TheBinMap is a community-maintained directory of liquidation bin stores, Amazon return stores, and similar retail locations across the United States. We provide store information, restock schedules, pricing patterns, and educational content about how bin stores operate.

TheBinMap is not a retailer. We do not sell merchandise, process transactions, or operate any physical locations. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or otherwise connected to any store listed on the Site unless explicitly stated.

No warranties on listing accuracy

Store listings are provided for informational purposes only. While we work to keep information accurate, we make no guarantees about:

• Current hours of operation
• Current pricing or pricing schedules
• Restock days or inventory availability
• Whether a listed store is still in business
• Physical address accuracy or directions
• Quality of merchandise available at any store

Before visiting any store, verify current details directly with the store by phone or through their official channels. TheBinMap is not liable for wasted trips, missed sales, or any other issues resulting from outdated or inaccurate listing information.

User submissions and content

Portions of the Site rely on user submissions - store suggestions, listing corrections, claim requests, and contact messages. When you submit content to TheBinMap, you represent that:

• The information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge
• You have the right to share this information
• You are not infringing on anyone else's intellectual property or privacy
• You understand the submission may be published on the Site

By submitting content, you grant TheBinMap a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, modify, and distribute that content in connection with operating the Site. You can request removal of any content you submitted by emailing legal@thebinmap.com.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent listings
• Scrape or harvest content beyond normal browsing
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its infrastructure

We reserve the right to remove content, restrict access, or take other action in response to violations, at our sole discretion.

Intellectual property

The Site's design, code, written content, logos, and organizational structure are owned by Quantum Shield Labs LLC and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may view and share links to the Site freely, but copying substantial portions of content for republication requires written permission.

Business names, store names, and logos of listed retailers are the property of their respective owners. Inclusion in the directory does not imply any ownership claim.

DMCA notice

If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, send a notice meeting the requirements of 17 U.S.C. section 512(c)(3) to legal@thebinmap.com. Your notice must include:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed
• Identification of the material on the Site you claim is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it
• Your contact information (name, address, phone, email)
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are the owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner

Third-party links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, including store websites, social media, and resources. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or security of third-party sites. Visiting those sites is at your own risk and subject to their own terms.

Advertising

TheBinMap displays advertisements through Google AdSense and may display advertisements through other networks in the future. We do not endorse advertised products or services. Transactions between you and advertisers are strictly between you and them.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any claim related to the Site is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (which, for most users, is zero).
